Agencia EFE and King Juan Carlos University have updated their joint Master´s Degree in Agency Journalism program to include more workshops while retaining paid apprenticeships at the news agency´s bureaus in Spain and around the world.

The first months are devoted to academic activities, in which professionals from EFE, King Juan Carlos University professors and journalists from other media participate.

During this first phase, students have the opportunity to learn the agency´s specific journalistic style, its products, methods and preparation techniques and about the production and editing of news articles in terms of photography, text, audiovisual elements and multimedia.

The last six months of the degree program are paid internships, which students perform at Agencia EFE, both at the Madrid headquarters and at the agency´s other offices in Spain and around the world.
