Passenger rights chat with Members of the Eupropean Parliament

The European Parliament, which has always been keen to promote passenger rights, will work the coming months on how to strengthen them. Discuss your experiences during our chat on passenger rights with Brian Simpson, the chair of the Parliament´s transport committee, on Wednesday 27 February from 16.00.

During the 45-minute chat Mr Simpson will not only answer your questions, but he will also want to hear from you what is and is not working with current legislation. Mr Simpson, a British Social Democrat, said: "We all dread disruption when travelling, but unfortunately it is something many of us have experienced all too often. That is why the EU has laid down laws to ensure the rights of passengers when they experience delays or cancellations."
