Shell Chief Scientist Materials talks aboutthe importance of innovation for the future in Horizon 2020 points of view

Sergio played an instrumental role in developing some of the corrosion control programmes that have allowed Shell to safely produce and transport hydrocarbons. He has published more than 70 papers in professional journals and at international technical conferences. In 2004 Sergio received a NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) Technical Achievement Award.
